Qualification
- BE/BTech/MSc(IT)/ME/MTech/MCA degree
- 4 to 5 yrs of IT Experience in one of the following domains: Banking, Financial Services,Insurance, Asset Management.
Process

- Experience in Requirements analysis, Designing, Developing, Architecting small to mid sized software systems

Technical skills
- Strong fundamentals in any application server / web server / scripting language (preferably ASP)

Your future responsibilities would be
- Manage a team of developers/ Sr. Developers/ Team Leaders
- Project planning & tracking on a regular basis

- Completely own your team; guide them and deliver on time
- Guide the Team leader to translate the SRS into App design and DB design
- Guide the coding of complex modules, Code review and overall unit testing
- Co-ordinate with the Business Analyst / Client and get things resolved
- Report to the Head of the unit / SPM on a regular basis about the progress of the project
