Insurance companies have separate systems to manage agents / advisors, register & process claims, manage channel commission and to manage sales manager. Mostly these systems operate in intranet that branches access through dedicated networks or through VPN.

In most semi-rural and rural areas the cost to implement a dedicated network cannot justify such investment. Added to this, the connectivity bandwidth is mediocre to low that accessing such systems through VPN becomes a liability than an advantage.

GoDB provides a standalone desktop solution that extends the corporate management systems to branches that have connectivity & accessibility constraints. GoDB's offline - online capabilities while doing transactions allows 'all under one roof' branch solution. Connectivity is required only when the transactions need to be pushed to the Central Systems. GoDB's Synchronization Delivery platform architecture is such a way that it can integrate seamlessly with central systems to pull master updates and to push transaction details to respective system.
